Wisteria wall lights/sconces, a large pair in brass & lacquered white metal, 1970`s ca, Italy.

Both wall lights have been thoroughly cleaned, newly rewired, in full working order and ready to install.

These 1970`s large sculptural wall appliques are beautifully delicate & decorative.

Hanging from an arched branch in white lacquer & brass there is a dangling cluster of wisteria flowers in polished solid brass. Look past the wisteria flowers to find the lamp holder nestled behind. The wisteria branch arches together with an added tubular decorative polished brass rod. Each wisteria branch has 4 smaller branches with leaves. Together the branch and brass rod arch downward to a circular plate covering the electrical mechanism. This circular plate is lacquered white with solid brass details. At the top of the white lacquered branch and hidden behind the leaves, there is a metal loop-hole to securely attach each light to the wall. Both lights are of complimentary design, one facing right and the other left.

This piece has several quality finishings; the detailed sculptural brass flowers, the large solid brass round "knob" decorating the round bases and the internal brass lamp holders with a white lacquered petal-shaped cover.

Each light carries a single standard small screw (E14) light bulb up to 40 Watts. Light bulbs included.

Both wall lights are in very good condition with the original polished brass and smooth white lacquer finishes. The lights sell together and the price is for the pair.

Packing is offered free of charge. For safe transport each wall light would be individually bubble wrapped and boxed together.
