Vintage Oscar de la Renta style pair of stud earrings, signed, gold gilt with blue & clear rhinestones,1980`s ca, American.

This pair of vintage earrings have been gently cleaned while respecting the aged patina. They are ready to wear.  New quality black leatherette gift box included.

These elegant earrings are a fine example of excellent design & craftsmanship with a Postmodern design inspired in the Art Deco design revival of the period. They were probably made by Oscar De la Renta, the attributed designer & manufacturer, both earrings are stamped "OSCAR" at the back.

The oval shaped cushion earrings are quality cast in gold gilt metal, with a large oval faceted blue sapphire Austrian crystal at the centre surrounded by smaller clear faceted rhinestones within four areas of gold gilt banding.

Both earrings are completed with the original classic stud fittings, that are for pierced ears only.

A new black quality leatherette gift box is included in the price.

These earrings are in `like-new` condition with almost no wear. The gilt is in very good condition. The original rhinestones are all present. The pins in good order with the original rubber comfort sleeves.
