Trifari `Golden Laurel` gold tone necklace, bracelet, earrings 1940`s ca, USA.
This set has been gently cleaned while respecting the vintage patina and is ready to wear. New black leatherette gift box included.
This original set is characteristic of the 40’s and replicates Filigree or Ajoure jewellery creating a lace effect.
The necklace is the form of a choker or collar. The necklace, bracelet have small fold-over clasps.
The earrings are clip-on but can easily be adapted for pierced ears. The reverse of the clasp and the back of the earrings are stamped “Trifari Pat Pend” which is a mark dating from the 1940`s.
This set appeared in these 1950`s Trifari advertisement.
Good vintage condition for the age. There is warm vintage patina & some rubbing to the gold plating in line with age & wear, as in the photographs.
