Tom Phillips born in 1937 is an internationally recognized
artist musician and composer. These three arts are brought together in his 1980`s `composer series` which includes this print of English composer, Edward Elgar. London based Phillips has exhibited in galleries all over the world and has works in the Tate, the National Portrait Gallery, the Pompidou Centre, and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
