This chandelier is a variation of the famous Pistillo light however in this design it is a pendant light on a bar. The sculptural Modernist design is made of a quality brass metal frame with arms at staggered lengths. The arms are finished alternatively with brass metal lamp holders or chrome balls made of heat-resistant metallised resin. When fitted with silver crown light bulbs (as photographed) it creates depth and great optical patterns. Takes 9 standard small screw light bulbs (E14) up to 40 Watts each. The rod screws to the frame and can be shortened or replaced with a longer bar or chain if needed. The bar finishes at the top with a hook to fit to the ceiling and this is covered by a brass ceiling cup. Removing the bar allows this piece to fit within a box for easy transportation. The pendant is presently fitted with silver crown E14 light bulbs 25 Watts each, but could take other light bulb shapes for different effects. Rewired, in fully working order and ready to use. Very good vintage condition with a warm aged patina on the brass & chrome.
The dimensions of the frame without the bar are Height: 37 cm, Width: 38 cm, Depth: 38 cm.
The length of the bar alone is 62 cm.
