Vintage military pair of lamps in black lacquer & brass, 1950`s ca, USA. Solid brass square base with black lacquered tubular column. Each lamp is decorated with a brass eagle perched on an olive branch and finished at the top with a decorated brass ring. Has the original american brass lampshade holder. Comes with contemporary black velvet shades that screw to the newly replaced bayonet lamp holder. The light switch is at the lamp holder. Each lamp takes one standard large bayonet light bulb up to 100 Watts. Both lamps have been rewired and are in working order. Good vintage condition in line with age. Both brass & lacquer have the original patina giving character. They sell together. The price is for the pair.
