Limburg light vintage `Moon` large floor/table lamp, 1970`s ca, German. Very large (43 cm) removable round glass shade sits on a brushed aluminium tubular base. The base is on an angle, appearing to raise from the floor. The inside of the base is finished black to create depth. The clear glass shade is textured with bubbles which reflects around the room. Moving the shade to different angles varies the effect on the wall. Carries one standard big screw light bulb up to 100 Watts, now fitted with a balloon Phillips light bulb 100 Watts. Pedal switch. Original Limburg Lighting makers label on the base. Very good condition, rewired and in full working order.
