The combination of these styles makes these pendants an unique addition to a range of interiors such as Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern, Hollywood Regency, 70`s Glamour, Traditional or Contemporary.
Each pendant is composed by a gilt brass lampshade with crystals & a brass ceiling cup.
Each lampshade`s frame has 3 parts: the canopy with crystals, the metal lamp holder and a white lacquer metal dish.
The gilt brass textured canopy is in the shape of a crown. It has at the top 13 rounded points curving outwards, each of them with a tear shape drop crystal attached. The bottom portion of the canopy is of similar design, with 13 rounded points facing inwards, each surface plain without a crystal. The middle of the canopy is composed by the 13 empty spaces (arches) between the vertical gilt brass portions of the shade. Inside each space there is a tear drop crystal attached. So in total the crystals are distributed in two tiers. All the 26 crystals on each shade are removable if needed for transport.
The white metal dish screws to the metal lamp holder by a metal ring, and sits on 3 flat gilt metal pegs on the inside of the textured gilt brass canopy, holding the composition together. A decorative gilt metal conical cup slides on top of the metal dish covering the lamp holder.
The round gilt metal ceiling cup at the top of the gold silk cable, has at the bottom end a cylindrical brass stopper with a screw to fix the cable at different heights.
Inside the ceiling cup there is a metal bracket that screws laterally to it, and has holes to fit the ceiling cup to the ceiling.
Each pendant has been newly rewired & earthed with 4 metres of quality decorative antique gold silk cable of 75 mm, adding strength to the piece and making it also visually pleasing.
Each lamp holder carries one standard E 27 light bulb up to 100 Watts. At present fitted & photographed with clear Golf light bulbs of 40 Watts, which are included in the price. It could take any other E 27 light bulb shapes for a different look.
Both pendants are in very good condition. The gilt brass frames are in very good condition with the original vintage clear lacquer present on the brass and a warm antique patina adding character. All the 52 crystal droplets are present and in very good condition with no chips or damages.

Packing is offered free of charge. We take special professional care while packing. For safe transport, the pendants would be wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, foam & soft card. The crystal droplets will be removed & packed separately. Both frames & crystals would easily fit into a box with loose fill packing peanuts ideal for safe posting.

Founded in 1747, Palme Chandeliers is one of the oldest chandelier manufacturing company in the world. Originally based in North Bohemia, the center of the art of glass industry, the company initially worked to commissions for the Royal Courts. In the 20th Century requests came in from other prestigious building and hotels. In 1945, the Chandelier factory was nationalized by the Government of Czechoslovakia, and consequently, the German owner and his workers immigrated to Germany where the company is now based.
