Brass flower wall lights, a pair by the Belgian lighting company `Massive Lighting`, 1970`s ca.

Thoroughly cleaned respecting the antique patina. These wall lights have been newly rewired & earthed. They are ready to install. Light bulbs included.

Each of these decorative sculptural wall lights consist of 6 quality cast naturalistic textured leaves on a brass gilt frame. The golden brass tone reflects a warm light creating depth & interesting reflections. The center of each light is finished playfully with a lamp holder perfect for a decorative light bulb such as a Gold Crown light bulb (as in the photos).

Each round frame separates into two sections, each of which has a ring with three leaves attached. The top outer ring section has a detail where the stem of the leaves overlap on the lower ring section, adding stability and creating the illusion of a continuous base frame. Both rings are held together by a metal ring that screws at the top of the E27 big crew brass lamp holder.

Each wall light carries 1 big standard screw light bulb (E27) up to 60 Watts. Presently fitted with Gold Crown light bulbs of 60 Watts, as photographed. These light bulbs are included in the price. This type of bulb is in production today and easily available over the internet. Alternatively it is possible to use other light bulb shapes like clear Golf or Filament decorative shapes.

The assembly and fitting to the wall is simple; a removable metal bracket screws sideways to each round frame. The bracket has 2 holes itself through which it is screwed to the wall. Each frame separates into two sections, each of which has three leaves. The outer section has a screw ring which holds the piece together.

These wall lights are all in very good condition. The quality frames have the original vintage patina adding character with some rubbing on the gilt in line with age & wear. On the back of one of the frames there is the original maker`s label. These wall lights sell all 9 together or in pairs. The price featured here is for one pair.

Packing is offered free of charge. These wall lights would be bubble wrapped separately and boxed together safely for transport. They would easily fit into a box and could be posted in the mail.
